PATRICIA (TRISH) PASCO ELLISON

1979 - 2023

In loving memory of Patricia (Trish) Pasco Ellison, a precious daughter, cherished sister, and loving Aunt. Trish was born in Denver, Colorado on June 6, 1979 and was the second child of Paul Charles Ellison and Linda (nee) Pasco Ellison.

She passed away at her home in Abilene, Texas in December 2023. Trish grew up in Littleton, Colorado with her sister Paula Crystell (nee Ellison) Gill, before moving to Indonesia with her family. Trish graduated from the International Elementary School of Lhokseumauwe in Sumatra, Indonesia and Fountain Valley High School in Colorado Springs, CO in 1998. She then graduated from the East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon and began a career of caregiving, first practicing massage therapy and later becoming a certified nursing assistant caring for the elderly throughout her career. Trish will be remembered for the great care and warmth she extended to her elderly patients, often spending after shift hours with them.

On October 10, 2005, she married Andrew Hardt, who preceded her in death. Trish’s true love were her dogs (Sugar and Zeppelin), and Pearl her constant companion. She was particularly skilled with horses, winning the coveted Horseman of the Year Award in High School, and working with the Coors Draft Horse Team.

Trish was also preceded in death by her Father and her Grandparents, James Pasco, Susan (JoAnn) (nee Shiveley), and Guy Grafton of Auburn, NE and James and Patricia (nee Jamieson) Ellison of Powell, Wyoming.

She will be missed deeply by her Mother, Sister, Brother-inlaw, Ryan Gill, and niece and nephew, Tegan and Rowan, as well as her Aunts and Uncles: Linda K. Pasco (Auburn, NE), Jerry Pasco (Auburn, NE), Warren and Doris Ellison (Janesville, Wisconsin) and James and Susan Ellison (Montera, CA). Many cousins and friends.

With a caring heart and smile that would light up a room, Trish will be dearly missed by all in her life.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, December 29, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Auburn, with Rosary being recited at 9:30 a.m., Father Tim Danek, Celebrant. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery at Auburn.
