The Auburn Public Schools (APS) Board of Education will reassess the small group in-person class format Monday, Sept. 28.

On Sept. 9, Governor Pete Ricketts said that effective Sept. 14 most of the state will move into Phase 4, which further loosens COVID-19 restrictions.

St. Francis Gift and Thrift closed indefinitely on September 10th. Catholic Social Services of Southern Nebraska cited severe economic circumstances as the reason for the closing.

Cecilia Eleanor Domino (Zahorsky) was born August 29, 1928 in Hunter Township of Jackson County, Minnesota.

MARLENE M. ALBERTS

Marlene Mary Bohling was born in Auburn, Nebraska on December 29, 1935 to John William and Mary Kathryn (Rogge) Bohling of Auburn. She was the youngest of five children.

VELMA MARIE MORTON

Velma Marie Morton, one of four children of Henry and Clara (Lampe) Aden, was born May 28, 1927, on their family farm north of Humboldt, Nebraska.
