New Staff at Auburn Senior Center Invites Everyone to Enjoy Weekday Noon Meals

The new Auburn Senior Center staff is always looking to increase attendance at its noon meals.

Joining the center are AhLeah Morris and Laura Winegardner as co-managers. They began their duties at the end of December. Susan Mann has retired after serving as manager more than five-and one-half years.

“It’s going well. We want you to know that the lunches are not just for the seniors. The center is open to everyone,” notes Morris.

“It’s been great. We offer you a nice time to share a meal with the community. As long as you let us know by 9:30 a.m. we’ll have plenty of food. I’d like to call it a ‘community’ center,” Winegardner relates.
