Approximately 30 citizens attended a Feb. 24 special meeting of the Auburn City Council involving economic development. Rick Nelson, CEcD, Senior Economic Development Consultant with the Nebraska Public Power District was the evening’s speaker.
Nelson’s topics were:
Economic and development trends for Auburn and Nemaha County;
Trends in the “field” of economic development—What it entails today; and
Results of the 2019 Nebraska Economic Developers Association Organizational Survey.
